We accept most insurance plans.
Please call your insurance plan to see if we participate and at what level.
It is always best for you to find out what your insurance covers before making an appointment.
Please ask about deductibles, co-pays and number of visits allowed. Plans vary greatly!
We also offer PCD or Preferred Chiropractic Doctor plans. The PCD card is just $30 ($45 for the whole family) and allows you regular chiropractic visits at just $25. The cards are good for one calendar year and can not be used with insurance.

We currently accept
Anthem, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Cigna, Aetna, Harvard Pilgram, Medicare, MaineCare, Great West, Health Plans Inc., United Healthcare and most Medicare Suppliment plans. We also accept Workers Comp and Auto Accident cases.
We do accept other insurances not listed here, however these are the most common ones we see. |
